Overview
The FIFA Agent Exam is open-book, 60 minutes, 20 multiple-choice questions, 75% to pass. The official study materials run to 1,010 pages. Most candidates fail because they're searching for the right page mid-question, not because they don't know the law. AgentIQ is the prep tool that fixes that: every question article-referenced, every Annex page-linked, every regulatory trap flagged before you trip on it.
Approach
Next.js 14 with React on Vercel, fronted by a server-side content gate. The full question bank never ships in the client bundle. Gumroad license keys verify through the API, then the content payload is streamed via an /api/content route only after entitlement is confirmed. State persists in localStorage (mock history, brainbook bookmarks, progress, accuracy), no database. Single ~1,280-line JSX shell powers the app, TypeScript on the landing and trial routes. Two-device cap per license, 7-day refund, productised through Gumroad with VAT handled.
Result
Live at agent-iq-vercel.vercel.app. 532 mock questions across 11 subjects, 6 focus packs (fees, safeguarding, women's football, tribunal, FFAR FAQ, mock papers), 5 interactive decision trees, 4 calculators (solidarity contribution, training compensation, service fee, Art. 17 breach), and a Brainbook bookmark system that deep-links each saved question to its source PDF page. £54.99 one-time. Built in the weeks before sitting the exam, with the resit candidate as the sole tester.
