Overview

Dubai's off plan developers were losing qualified crypto buyers to manual KYC cycles that ran for weeks. AtlasRamp sits between them. We verify the wallet, qualify the buyer, and hand the developer a ready file.

Approach

We built the wallet scanning engine against Etherscan, Solscan, and on-chain oracles, then layered a corridor-aware qualification funnel on top. The frontend shows the output, a clean readiness report and developer match. The qualification, sanctions screening, and source-of-funds logic run on the agent layer underneath.

Result

Buyers go from wallet connect to developer introduction in minutes. Developers receive pre-qualified introductions with proof of funds and sanctions clearance attached. The product is live and in pre-seed with Dubai developer partners onboarding.
