Overview

Physical commodity deals run on PDFs, WhatsApp screenshots, and trust. Harovest formalises that into a verifiable workflow. Every counterparty checked, every certificate parsed, every commission tracked, without losing the broker's discretion over named suppliers.

Approach

Same architectural bones as SurveyStack. Hono API, Next.js frontend, Railway Postgres. The novel pieces are the Claude Vision module that reads SGS and Intertek inspection certificates end-to-end, the structured deal room schema, and a public-facing ticker that shows live pricing without exposing counterparties.

Result

Nine table Postgres schema live, brokerage agreement drafted, deal room flow operational. Positioned as the neutral intermediary layer for verified physical commodity trades.
