Overview
The existing site was a WordPress template with no CRM integration. Every lead became a manual email, a manual quote, a lost day. The rebuild had to do two things: look like a chartered firm that takes itself seriously, and shorten the lead to quote window to minutes.
Approach
Next.js 16 App Router with Tailwind, custom design system using Fraunces, Outfit, and Azeret Mono on a warm cream palette. An interactive London boroughs map with 33 SVG rendered boroughs grouped into eight areas. JSON-LD schemas on every service page. A 26 question FAQ with structured data. A quote form that posts to SurveyStack's intake endpoint.
Result
Every enquiry lands in the CRM and fires an auto-quote within three minutes. Area pages rank for local surveyor searches across London. Site ships on Vercel with full SEO sitemap and an MDX blog for case study publication.
