SurveyStack

Overview

Surveying firms were duct-taping six SaaS tools together. They quoted in one, signed in another, invoiced in a third, and lost leads in the gaps. SurveyStack is the operating system that replaces that stack with a single coherent platform.

Approach

Hono and TypeScript API on Railway with a Drizzle managed Postgres. Next.js dashboard for staff plus a client portal. Native integrations with Postmark for email, Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp, DocuSeal for e-terms, Cloudinary for reports, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Stripe for subscription billing. Lead intake handles five aggregator webhook formats plus a generic intake route.

Result

Operating Surveyor Sorted with 2,300+ surveys managed and roughly three minutes from lead to quote. Now being productised as a SaaS for other RICS firms. Single tier, live in five days, positioned as the operator's CRM rather than another enterprise suite.
