Overview

A RICS survey lands as a long PDF full of caveats, and the buyer is left to work out what actually needs doing and who to call. Offer Accepted turns that report into an action plan. It reads the survey, groups the findings by trade, and connects the buyer to vetted local contractors who can quote the exact work, without the buyer re-explaining their house to five different tradespeople.

Approach

Same architectural family as SurveyStack and Harovest. A Next.js frontend over a dedicated API. The core module uses Claude Vision to parse RICS reports end to end, extracting each defect, its condition rating, and the trade responsible. A privacy-preserving quote router shares only the slice of the report each contractor needs to price their part, nothing more. Contractors are matched by trade and accreditation, from NICEIC and Gas Safe through to structural engineers and damp specialists.

Result

Live at offeraccepted.co.uk, free for buyers and positioned as a connector rather than an advisor. It extends the Surveyor Sorted and SurveyStack ecosystem, carrying a completed survey forward into the repair and remediation work that follows it.
